Urgent need for a LPN /LVN for one of our client which is a Home

• Job Location: 100 High Point Dr Kane, PA 16735
• Shift: Nights (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• Shift Notes: 2 Days On, 2 Days Off, 3 days On and then flip for the next week (7 working days every 2 weeks) / Every Other Weekend / No Call
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
• Update patient records in a confidential manner
• Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff

Position Requirements:

• 1+ Years Experience - Required
• Nursing Home experience - Highly preferred
• BLS -Required
• Geriatric Experience- Required
• Covid Vaccine - Required
• PA State License Required
