Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Hospital.

• Job Location: 500 Osborn Blvd Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783

• Shift: 6:45pm – 07:15am (12 hours per day, 36 hours per week, OT after 40 hours); see current schedule under Requirements

• Weekend Requirements: 1 -2 weekends per month

• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable

• Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs

• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.

• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.

• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.

• Provides routine care for patients.

• Observes patients’ health.

Position Requirements

• COVID VACCINE REQUIRED

• Must have MI State License

• 2+ Years of LTC Experience - Required

• Covid Vaccine Required - Exemptions Allowed*

• Candidates perm address must be atleast 100 miles away from the facility
