Job Description :

Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Hospital.

• Job Location: 1 Anna Marsh Ln Brattleboro, VT 05301
• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs/week
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $55/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.

Position Requirements:

• ome Psych/Behavioral Health Experience - REQUIRED
• Able to work with children and adult populations
• Willing to float to other units
• Willing to take charge LPN shifts
• COVID vaccination- REQUIRED
• Must have VT State License.
• CPI - please confirm they are willing to obtain onsite (24 hours of non-billable orientation)
• Please outline what patient populations your traveler has experience with.
• 2 supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment are required at submission.
• Any scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file.
• BLS - Required
