**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Clinic.

Job Location: 2516 Tobacco Rd Hephzibah, GA 30815

Shift: 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable

Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week

Weekend Requirements: every other weekend

Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $42/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.

Position Requirements:

• 2 years of experience - REQUIRED
• Experience with Fresenius 2008T machines- REQUIRED
• BLS (AHA) - Required
• Covid Vaccine - Required
• Must have GA State License
