Urgent need for a LPN / LVN for one of our client which is a Hospital

• Job Location: 5 Nursing Home Dr Claremont, NH 03743
• Shift: Days(8hrs)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week (Every other weekend/Holiday coverage required)
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
• Update patient records in a confidential manner
• Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff

Position Requirements:

• 2+ year current exprience
• Must be willing to float
• MUST BE IV CERTIFIED
• Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
• Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• Covid Vaccination Required
• NH or Compact LPN license Required
