**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Medical Center,

• Job Location: 725 North St. Pittsfield, MA 01201
• Shift: Afternoons (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 Hours
• Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health

Position Requirements:

• 2+ years current experience in substance abuse
• AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. "ANYTIME" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
