**Quick Start**

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility

• Job Location: Gunnison, CO 81230
• Shift: Days, 12 hour shifts
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36hr guarantee

Pay Rate: $42/hr

Position Requirements:

• Active Colorado LPN license (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in: (Hospital OR, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) OR Long-Term Care setting)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• IV Certification (preferred)
• Experience with rehabilitative/restorative nursing (preferred)

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check
• Reliable transportation required (rural location, no public transit)
