Urgent need for a LTC LPN for one of our client which is a Hospital,

• Pay Rate: $40/hr
• Job Location: Springfield, CO 81073
• Shift: Days ( 6a-6p )
• Number of Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Position Requirements:

• Active Colorado LPN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• LTC experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes appropriately
• Communicate resident updates to physicians, families, and nursing leadership
• Supervise and direct CNAs during assigned shifts
• Complete charting and nursing documentation accurately and timely
