Job Description :

Urgent need for a LPN/LVN  for one of our client which is a Nursing home,

• Job Location: Kane, PA
• Shift: Nights (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• Duration of Contract: PERM
• Shift Note: Nights 6PM - 6AM // Two days on // Two days off // Three days on // 84-hours biweekly pay period(Every Other Weekend)
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $26/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.

Position Requirements:

• BLS (AHA)
• Nursing Home Experience 
• Covid Vaccine Required
• PA State License Required
