**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a LPN / LVN for one of our client which is a Clinic,

• Job Location: Dayton, OH
• Shift: Days (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hour Guarantee
• Weekend Requirements: Every other; Saturdays - 6:30 AM - 9:30 PM

Pay rate: 38/hr

Job Description:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
• Evaluating medical information, as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients.
• Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications.
• Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.

Position Requirements:

• 1+ Year of Dispensing and medication passing experience - Required
• BLS - Required
• OH State License Required (Compact Allowed)
• Covid Vaccine - Required
