Urgent need for a LPN/LVN for one of our client which is a Hospital .

• Job Location: Lawton, OK 73505
• Specialty: Home Health
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guarantee Hours : 24 Hour Guarantee(Mon - Fri )
• On Call Requirements:1 - 2 Weekends/Mo

Pay rate: 32/hr

Position Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience - Required
• Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
• Reliable transportation - Required
• BLS ( (AHA)- Required
• OK State License Required
• Covid Vaccine - Required

Job Description:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
• Evaluating medical information, as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients.
• Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications.
• Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.
