**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a LPN/LVN for one of our client which is a Nursing home,

• Job Location: West Branch, MI 48661
• Shift: Day (6:00am-6:30pm)
• Duration of Contract: 30 days w/ opportunity + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs/week (Every other including holiday rotation if scheduled)
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years
• NOTE: It is Imperative travelers clock out, or they won’t be compensated for that shift until a dispute is resolved.

Pay rate: $39/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.

Position Requirements:

• At least two years of SNF/LTC, Med Surg experience
• BLS (AHA) or (ARC)
• Covid Vaccine Required - Medical & Religious Exemptions can be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
• Travel experience strongly encouraged
• Michigan State License Requied
