Urgent need for a LPN / LVN for one of our client which is a Medical Care Facility

• Job Location: Bad Axe, MI 48413
• Shift: Day (7am-3pm or 8am-4pm)
• Duration of Contract: 6 weeks
• Weekend Requirements: TBD

Pay rate: $42/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health

Position Requirements:

• 1 year experience in LTC MDS - Required
• BLS - Required
• MUST HAVE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE
• Must have successful work work history showing stayed at previous work longer then 13 weeks
• Covid Vaccine - Required
• MI State License- Required
