*Quick Start**

Urgent need for a LPN / LVN for one of our client which is a Hospital.

• Job Location: Newport, NH 03773
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• NOTE: 8hr shifts, though traveler will need to stay late when clinic is open late (2 days/week) 40hr Gtd
• Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles of_ facility_

Pay rate: $42/hr

Job Description:

• Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
• Update patient records in a confidential manner
• Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years or more CURRENT experience - Required
• MUST HAVE CURRENT AMBULATORY EXPERIENCE
• Experience with patients of all ages required
• Clinical Office Experience - Required
• PHONE Triage experience - Required
• EPIC EMR experience - Required
• Previous Travel - Preferred
• Traveler must have their own vehicle
• BLS- Required
• NH (Compact Allowed)- Required
