*Quick Start**

Urgent need for a LVN/LPN for one of our client which is a Rehabilitation center .

• Job Location: Traverse City, MI 49684
• Shift: 2nd shift ( 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week

Pay rate: $42/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.

Position Requirements:

• At least two years of SNF/LTC, Med Surg experience - REQUIRED
• BLS (Must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross) - REQUIRED
• Covid Vaccine Required - Religious/Medical Exemptions allowed*
• Previous travel experience - REQUIRED
• Must have MI State License
