Urgent need for a LPN/LVN for one of our client which is a Clinic,

• Job Location:5 S 1st Avenue, Brighton, CO 80601
• Shift: Days (5:15a-1:45p ) 
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 Hours
• Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health

Position Requirements:

• 1+ Year of experience - Required
• BLS - Required
• Comfortable with dosing Methadone and Suboxone - Required
• Skills Checklist - Required 
• Two Supervisory References - Required
• CO State License Compact Allowed
