Urgent need for a LPN / LVN for one of our client which is aMedical Center ,

• Job Location: Pittsfield, MA 01201
• Shift:8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Pay rate: $35/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health

Position Requirements:

• years current clinical experience required
• 2 years Occupational Health experience required
• MUST BE A CERTIFIED BREATH ALCOHOL TECHNICIAN (BAT) - REQUIRED, NON-NEGOTIABLE
• DOT Certification for Drug Screening Required
• Ergonomic Assessment Experience - Preferred
• Phlebotomy Experience - Strongly Preferred
• BLS - Required
• MA License - Required
• Covid Vaccine - Required
