Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Hospital

• Job Location: 2100 South Liberty Drive Bloomington, IN 47403
• Shift: Days (5:15A - 1:30P)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 Hours
• Shift Notes: Monday - Friday 5:15A - 1:30P Saturday & Sunday 5:45A - 9:45A
• Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health

Position Requirements:

• 1+ Year of Medication Administration - Required
• Indiana LPN License - Required
• BLS - Required
• Must be able to draw blood - Required
