**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Home care,

• Job Location: 402 BNA Dr suite 320 Nashville, TN 37217
• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 Hours
• Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health

Position Requirements:

• 1+ Year of Experience- Required
• BLS - Required
• HCHB charting required
• TN State License Required
• COVID Vaccination Status required / Booster Status required
