Urgent need for a LICSW for one of our client which is a Hospital

Job Location: 165 Tor Ct, Pittsfield, MA 01201

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable

Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs

Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Pay rate: $60/hr

Job Description:

• Ability to exercise independent judgement.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated teaching and counseling abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Ability to assemble records and present data in a report form.
• Willingness to be flexible regarding work hours.
• Ability to drive an automobile in inclement weather.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• MUST HAVE LICSW OR LSW WITH HOME HEALTH AND TRAVEL EXPERIENCE. PLEASE NOTE ON SUBMISSION!
• 1+ years CURRENT experience as a Medical Social Worker in a healthcare setting
• Community Health experience preferred
• MASTER's or DOCTORATE degree required
• Current licensure and certification as licensed, independent, certified social worker (LICSW) by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Division of Registration in Social Work. LCSW’s may be considered if experienced in community health or equivalent.
• Covid vaccination along with the Booster Dose should be required
