*Quick Start*

Urgent need for a LNA for one of our client which is a Hospital.

• Job Location: 5 Nursing Home Dr Claremont, NH 03743
• Shift: Days (8hr & 12hr) /Evenings (8 hr) / Nights (8 hr)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week( Every other weekend / Holiday coverage required)
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $30/hr

Job Description:

• Obtains and records Vital Signs and weights per policy;
• Participates in the care planning process and implements care according to care plan;
• Provide hands on patient/client care;
• Grooming of patient/client;
• Uses Standard precautions when caring for all patients. Adheres to contact and or droplet precautions as indicated;
• Feeds or assists patients with meals and provides additional nourishment and hydration per care plan;

Position Requirements:

• BLS - Required
• 1+ year current experience
• Must be willing to float
• Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
• Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred
• NH state license Required
• Covid Vaccine Required
