Urgent need for a LNA for one of our client which is Nursing home.

• Job Location: Rutland, VT 05702
• Shift: 2nd Shift ( 2:00 PM- 10:00 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 32 hrs/week
• Days: Sun, Sat
• Weekend Requirement: Must be able to work every weekend.
• NOTE: Must have own transportation .Must have own housing.

NOTE: Completion Bonus of $1,000 for a 13 week assignment. No more than 2 call outs, and no NCNS can happen otherwise the bonus is voided*

Pay rate: $22/hr

Job Description:

• Obtains and records Vital Signs and weights per policy;
• Participates in the care planning process and implements care according to care plan;
• Provide hands on patient/client care;
• Grooming of patient/client;
• Uses Standard precautions when caring for all patients. Adheres to contact and or droplet precautions as indicated;
• Feeds or assists patients with meals and provides additional nourishment and hydration per care plan;

Position Requirements:

• 2+ year exprience Required
• BLS - Required
• VT State license Required
• Covid Vaccine Required
