Urgent need for a LNA for one of our client which is a HealthCare.

• Job Location: Lebanon, NH 03766
• Shift: Day (7:0AM-7:30PM)
• Duration of Contract: 14 weeks + Extendable
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Note: weekend rotation Mon,Tues, Sat, Sun Thur Fri Thanksgiving and Christmas are a must Thanksgiving and Christmas are a must

Pay rate: $22/hr

Note: $ 500 completion bonus for 14 week contract.

No more than 2 call out's and no NCNS or tardiness issues or the bonus will be voided.

Job Description:

• Obtains and records Vital Signs and weights per policy;
• Participates in the care planning process and implements care according to care plan;
• Provide hands on patient/client care;
• Grooming of patient/client;
• Uses Standard precautions when caring for all patients. Adheres to contact and or droplet precautions as indicated;
• Feeds or assists patients with meals and provides additional nourishment and hydration per care plan;
• Emotional support for patient/client;

Position Requirements:

• BLS - Required
• 2+ years experience - Required
• NH State license Required
• Covid vaccination Required
