Urgent need for a LNA - Med/Surg for one of our client which is a Hospital.

• Job Location: 243 Elm St Claremont, NH 03743
• Shift: Days(12hr) / Nights (12hr)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs/week( Every other weekend)
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $28/hr

Job Description:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
• Evaluating medical information, as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients.
• Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications.
• Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements.
• Monitoring patients' vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.

Position Requirements:

• BLS - Required
• 2 years experience -Required
• Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
• Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred
• NH state license Required (Compact Allowed)
• Covid Vaccine Required
