No of weeks: 9
Guaranteed hours: 38 hours a week

Note: every other weekend , holidays may be required and overtime may be available.

Offered rate: 35$/hr

Requirements:

• Must have CO State License
• BLS Required
• Covid vaccination Required
• **Minimum of 2 year of LPN experience is required.**

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.
• Reviews medical charts.
