Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Hospital.

• Job Location: Traverse City, MI 49684
• Shift:  6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 32 hrs/week (Every Other Weekend)
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $42/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.

Position Requirements:

• At least two years of LTC, MS, or Home Health experience - Required
• BLS (AHA) - Required
• Covid Vaccine Required - Religious/Medical Exemptions allowed*
• NO OT
• Must have MI State License
