Urgent need for a LPN for one of our client which is a Health Care.

• Job Location: 239 Pleasant St Concord, NH 03301
• Shift :Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Duration of Contract:14 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40hr guaranteed
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $38/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.
• Reviews medical charts.

Position Requirements:

• BLS Required
• Covid vaccination Required
• Active LPN License in NH
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience is required
