Urgent need for a LVN SNF for one of our client which is a Hospital,

• Pay Rate: $35/hr
• Job Location: Lake Isabella CA 93240
• Shift : Day Shift – Weekend Shifts Required
• Number of Weeks: 13

Position Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited LVN program.
• Active California LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.
• Weekend shifts are mandatory.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' conditions and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications according to the eight medication rights.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health to physicians and the nursing team.
• Assess pain and implement appropriate pain management interventions.
