**Quick Start**

We are seeking a qualified MRI Technician to join a clinical travel healthcare team

• Pay rate: $72/hr
• Job Location: Bakersfield, CA 93306
• Shift: Weekends and rotating other days
• Shift Note: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts
• Duration of Contract: 12 Weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• An accredited Radiologic Technology program, or An accredited MRI program
• American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-MR)
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R)
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Certified Fluoroscopy Permit

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI examinations and imaging procedures
• Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications
• Start IVs and administer contrast agents as ordered
• Operate MRI equipment and contrast injectors
• Assist physicians during imaging procedures
