Job Description :

Urgent need for a Certified Medical Assistant / LPN for one of our client which is a Hospital,

• Job Location:  Brooklyn Center, MN
• Shift: Days
• Duration: Perm
• Shift Notes: Days, 80 hours per pay period.

Pay rate:

Hourly Range: $20.00 - $26.00 (based on years of experience)

Salary Range: $41,600 - $54,080

Note : ***Now accepting LPNs for these positions (Salary Range: $23.75/hour - $33/hour)***

Job Description:

• Experience in basic office skills is required, data entry skills preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows based PC applications is required.
• Experience in surgical scheduling, procedures, etc. is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take direction.
• Demonstrated ability to read and follow written/verbal direction.
• Sensitive to diverse cultures and cultural differences.
• Knowledge of community services.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANT CANDIDATES (your candidate must meet all of the following requirements):
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (according to the ABHES and/or CAAHEP) - Required,
• High School graduate or equivalent (i.e. GED) - Required.
• Participation in a registration program conducted by an accredited by a national health services organization, such as American Medical Technologists, and passing the credentialing exam (e.g. CMA or RMA). - Required
• Medical Assistant certification - Required
• Previous experience in a clinical setting - Required

FOR LPN CANDIDATES (your candidate must meet all of the following requirements):

• Previous experience in a clinical setting - Required
• Active and current Minnesota LPN license. - Required
• Current BLS Certification - Required
