**Quick Start**

Looking for Medical Assistant for one of our client which is a Medical center ,

• Pay: $21/hr
• Location: Novato, CA 94945
• Shift: 8:30 am-5:00 pm
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours:40hrs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required
• A Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program such as NHA and AMCA is required.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.
• At least one year of related medical assisting experience in a physician’s office or other clinical setting, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Re-processing/ procedural experience is highly preferred.
• prefer *epic* experience if possible

Responsibilities:

• Provide injections and immunizations as ordered by the provider
• Provide assistance during medical procedures.
• Obtain all patient information required to meet regulatory obligations.
• Maintains patient records and protects patient confidentiality
