**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a for one medical Biller of our client which is a Medical Center.

Job Location: 500 Cummings Center #6550 Beverly, MA 01915

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (M-F)

Duration of Contract: 12 weeks

Guaranteed Hours : 40 Hours (Some Saturdays and extended shifts may apply)

Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $18/hr

Job Description:

• Preparing and submitting billing data and medical claims to insurance companies.
• Ensuring the patient’s medical information is accurate and up to date.
• Preparing bills and invoices, and documenting amounts due for medical procedures and services.
• Collecting and reviewing referrals and pre-authorizations.
• Monitoring and recording late payments.

Position Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Management preferred
• 2 years of customer service and/or billing and collecting experience from health insurance carriers or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, attentiveness, courteous tone, and ability to interpret and respond effectively during conversations
• Demonstrates professionalism, helpfulness and receptiveness to patients, coworkers, and external parties.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• COVID Vaccine - Required
• BLS - Required
