Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join our Operating Room team.

• Pay Rate: $56/hr
• Job Location: Tuba City, AZ 86045
• Shift: Days (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Shift Note : 10-hour day, 4 days/week + on-call (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs

Submissions must include:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program (AST), OR
• On-the-job training in a clinical or military healthcare setting
• CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) – required within qualifying timeframe
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – must be current (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 3 years of Surgical Tech experience
• Active state license required
• COVID & Flu exemptions accepted with declination form
• Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start

Job Duties in Order of Importance:

• Prepare and set up operating rooms for surgical procedures
• Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and functional
• Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping
• Support surgeons during procedures across specialties such as: General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT (Otolaryngology), Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry
