Urgent need for a Outpatient Pharmacist for one of our client which is Hospital,

• Pay Rate: $70/Hr
• Job Location: Tuba City AZ 86045
• Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Number of Weeks: 13 Weeks

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-recognized school.
• Current, valid, unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years of registered pharmacist experience.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical pharmacist experience.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify inpatient medication orders for safety and accuracy.
• Provide clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Manage procurement, storage, distribution, and inventory of medications.
• Maintain crash carts, emergency medication kits, Omnicell inventory, and specialty medication supplies.
• Ensure compliance with California Board of Pharmacy, Joint Commission, and Federal regulations.
