**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a Pharmacist for one of our client which is Hospital,

• Job Location: Glenwood Springs, CO 81601
• Shift: Rotating shift
• Shift Note: Will start at either 0630 or 0800 Monday - Friday with Rotating Weekends working 0700-1200
• Number of Weeks:20
• Guaranteed hours: 40hr
• RADIUS RULE: traveler's perm address must be at least 75 miles away from our facility

Pay Rate: $75/Hr

Requirements

• MUST HAVE EPIC experience.
• Meditch training a plus. Traveler Assignment will be while Facility is converting EMR from Meditech to Epic.
• Submissions must have an active CO PHA License in good standing
• Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree.
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Flu Vaccine REQUIRED - NO EXEMPTIONS ACCEPTED - required Oct 1st through April 1.

Responsibilities:

• Interprets medication orders; accurately transcribes to and maintains computerized patient medication profiles.
• Accurately compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals, including IV admixture

preparations, chemotherapy, and parenteral nutrition products.

• Complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Issues controlled substances to patient care area and maintains records as required by law.
