Urgent need for a Inpatient Pharmacist for one of our client which is Hospital,

• Job Location: Tuba City, AZ 86045
• Shift: 8am - 9pm Weds thru Tuesday: 7on/7off Hours
• Number of Weeks: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: No

Pay Rate: $80/Hr

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
• Must have a current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia
• have a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from theAmerican Heart Association.
• A minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Registered Pharmacist
• A minimum of one (1) year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
