Urgent need for a Pharmacist Outpatient Pharmacy for one of our client which is Hospital,

• Pay Rate: $75/Hr
• Job Location: Tuba City, AZ 86045
• Shift: 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri
• Number of Weeks: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: No

Requirements:

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the United States.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of Registered Pharmacist experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Clinical Pharmacist experience.
• Hospital or ambulatory care pharmacy experience.
• Experience providing clinical pharmacy services across multiple patient populations.
• Previous travel healthcare experience.
• COVID-19 and influenza vaccine exemptions may be considered with completed declination documentation.
