Urgent need for a Pharmacist for one of our client which is a Hospital

Job Location: 243 Elm St Claremont, NH 03743

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable

Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week (One weekend per month)

Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $70/hr

Job Description:

• Compounding and dispensing medications, as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring customers’ drug therapies, advising interventions, and informing customers of any potential side effects.
• Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.
• Conducting health and wellness screenings.
• Providing immunizations, and other medical services, such as taking blood pressure, temperature measurements, and checking blood sugar levels.
• Keeping accurate customer records.

Position Requirements:

• 2 years of experience - Required
• Hospital Pharmacy experience/Inpatient - Required
• IV Compounding experience - Preferred
• NH license at the time of submission - Required
• Chemo/Oncology compounding experience - Required
• Meditech and Omnicell experience - Highly Preferred
• Previous travel - Preferred
• Rural hospital experience - Required
• BLS (AHA) - Required
• Must have NH State License
