Urgent need for a Pharmacy Tech for one of our client which is a Hospital

Job Location: 16 Hospital Rd ,Plymouth, NH 03264

Shift: Days(8hrs)

Duration of Contract: 10 weeks

Guaranteed hours: 40Hour Guarantee

Minimum years of experience: 2 year

Pay rate: $35/hr

Job Description:

• Supports pharmacological services by stocking, assembling, and distributing medications.
• Helps health care providers and patients by greeting them in person and by phone, answering questions and requests, and referring inquiries to the pharmacist.
• Maintains pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed medications and supplies, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, and removing outdated drugs.
• Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.

Submission Requirements:

• 2 years of CURRENT Pharmacy Technician experience - Required
• Must be a CERTIFIED PHARMACY TECH (CPhT) - FACILITY WILL NOT PEND CERT
• Previous travel - Preferred
• High degree of proficiency in IV compound & chemotherapy compounding - Required
• BLS (AHA) and National Certification - Required
• COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
• Must have NH State license(Compact Allowed)
