Job Description :

Urgent need for a Phlebotomist for one of our client which is a Medical Center,

• Job Location: 580 Court St, Keene, NH 03431
• Shift: Varied
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 Hours
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $30/hr

Job Description:

• Serves patients by identifying the best method for retrieving blood samples and other specimens, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and performing screening procedures.
• Verifies test requisitions by comparing information with nursing station log and bringing discrepancies to the attention of unit personnel.
• Verifies patient identification and explains sampling procedures to patients.
• Obtains blood specimens by performing venipunctures and finger sticks.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years CURRENT Phlebotomy experience - Required
• ASCP/PBT Phlebotomy Certification - Required (A copy of Certification MUST be uploaded with profile!)
• EPIC & Cerner experience - Required (MUST BE NOTED IN PROFILE)
• BLS Required for this need 
• Travel experience - Highly Preferred
