**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a Phlebotomist for one of our client which is a Medical Center,

• Job Location: State College, PA 16801
• Shift: Day With Rotation Evenings(8 hrs)
• Schedule: ( 40 Hours Guaranteed)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks

NOTE: Weekends And Holiday Work May be required

Pay Rate: $35/hr

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a certified phlebotomy training program
• Prior experience in a hospital laboratory setting preferred
• Valid phlebotomy certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as per healthcare standards

Responsibilities:

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and arterial puncture techniques
• Ensure proper patient identification and follow safety protocols
• Label, process, and transport specimens accurately
• Perform bedside glucose testing as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff
