Urgent need for a Physical Therapist for one of our client which is a Assisted living facility,

• Job Location: Greendale, WI 53129
• Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM- 4:30 PM)
• Contract Weeks:: 13 weeks
• Guarantee Hours :35Hrs

Pay rate: $50/hr

Requirements:

• 2 years Physical Therapist experience - REQUIRED
• COVID vaccination required
• BLS required
• Current WI Physical Therapy license required

Job Description:

• Under direction, to plan, implement and perform individual therapy programs for the physical rehabilitation of patients.
• Consults with physicians regarding appropriate types and modalities of physical therapy.
• Evaluates indications and contraindications of various types of physical therapy treatment with regard to the patient's diagnosis and other signs and symptoms; performs manual muscle testing; tests and records range of motion.
• Plans physical therapy treatment routine.
