Urgent need for a PT -Long Term Care for one of our client which is a Health and Wellness

• Job Location: 1200 W College St, Liberty, MO 64068
• Shift: Days
• Duration of Contract: 13 Weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40hrs
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $60/hr

Job Description:

• Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition.
• Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.
• Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
• Creating personalized fitness-oriented health care programs for patients.
• Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve mobility.
• Advising patients on exercise techniques.

Position Requirements:

• 2 years' experience- preferred
• LTC or Rehab experience - Required
• Doctorate - Required 
• MO State License - Required
• BLS(AHA)
• MO Compact Allowed
