Urgent requirement for one of our client which is Correctional Facility,

• Job Name: Physician
• Job Location: Chillicothe, OH 45601
• Shift: 12:00 AM- 12:00 PM
• Duration of Contract: 6 Months
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hrsSchedule is weekdays - no evenings, weekends, or holidays. Preferred schedule is five 8-hour days/week
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $120/hr

• Resume
• Healthcare-professional level CPR certification
• Ohio Medical License - must be screenshot of OH LIcense site (not their diploma)
• Drug Enforcement Administration certification.

Job Duties in Order of Importance:

• Working collaboratively with intra and interdepartmental staff to administer treatment for patients utilizing nationally recognized treatment standards and documenting
• utilizing an electronic health record system
• Conducting exams and writing evaluations and reports
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing
• Managing medication
• Completing reclassifications and other reviews as indicated
• Making referrals for specialized care or treatment
• Performing duties in accordance with scope of practice, ODRC policies, procedures,
• protocols, and related American Correctional Association standards
• Participating in Continuous Quality Improvement meetings and activities, including peer reviews
