Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead coordination across multiple field operations teams supporting retail and compliance functions. .

• Pay Rate: $50/hr
• Job Location: Reynoldsburg, OH 43068
• Shift: Day Shift (8am-5pm)
• Duration of Contract: 12 months
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs(Mon-Friday)

Submissions must include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Experience in retail operations or inventory management

Job Duties in Order of Importance:

• Lead coordination across teams (audit, compliance, merchandising, retail support)
• Align schedules and workflows to improve efficiency
• Manage and maintain CRM systems (Salesforce or Dynamics)
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership
• Facilitate meetings and ensure clear communication across teams
• Identify risks and implement process improvements
• Support data-driven decision-making
