Job Description :

Urgent need for a RN Rehab for one of our client which is a Hospital .

• Job Location: 221 NE Glen Oak Avenue, Peoria, IL 61606
• Shift: Nights
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs/week
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $56/hr

Job Description:

• Develops an individualized plan of care using a collaborative approach with the patient/family and health care team
• Demonstrates technical knowledge of equipment and troubleshoots when problems arise
• Promotes the professional development of self and team members
• Coordinates total nursing care for patients
• Participates in patient and family teaching
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting

Position Requirements:

• 1 year REHAB experience in a hospital setting
• Previous travel preferred
• May float within facility
• BLS (AHA)
• IL State license Required
