**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a Registered Nurse (RN) for one of our client which is a Hospital,

Pay rate: $60/hr

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations related to absences and accommodations.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Return to Work principles and Privacy legislation.
Ability to interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements as they relate to absences, disability, return to work and accommodations.
Ability to discern potential safety concerns (for customers or team member) related to return to work and elevate issues appropriately.
Ability to work effectively within a team and specifically with the Absence Management Program Administrator to provide a seamless leave experience for Team Members.
Ability to provide direction and consultation regarding disability, return to work, WC and accommodation decisions to leaders and other stakeholders.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Vocational rehabilitation or related field - Required
2+ years experience in design, development and consultation regarding disability, Work Comp and return to work systems, technology and processes - Required
6+ years experience with end to end disability, return to work administration and ADA, WC, preferably in a union environment- Required
MNState License - Required
