We are seeking an experienced RN First Assistant (RNFA) for one of our hospital clients

• Pay rate: $120/hr
• Job Location: Bakersfield, CA 93306
• Shift: Days (6:45am-5:15pm) 10 hr. Will need to work Sundays and they do NOT have to take call.
• No of weeks: 13weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs

Requirements:

• Requirements
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program (Associate Degree or higher).
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and therapeutic treatments safely.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, treatments, and discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Participate in patient care rounds, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
