Job Description :

Urgent need for a RN for one of our client which is a Hospital.

Job Location: 725 North St Pittsfield, MA 01201

Shift: Days (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable

Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week

Weekend Requirements: Night and Weekend by Rotation

Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $90/hr

Job Description:

• Assess the health status of the patient in order to develop an individualized plan of care by collecting, categorizing, and interpreting data (physical and psychosocial) from documented information, observation, patient/family interview and other health care team members
• Assess the patient including nursing diagnosis, patient goals and nursing interventions necessary to achieve goals of care
• Implement nursing care to provide optimal individualized patient outcome

Position Requirements:

• 2 years current experience
• BSN REQIURED
• CNOR REQUIRED
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
• BLS (AHA) - Required
