• Job Name: RN Hospice
• Job Location: Walla Walla, WA 99362
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No of weeks: 13
• Guaranteed hours: 35-40 hrs

Pay rate: $60/hr

Requirements:

• 2 years of Hospice case management experience required
• Acute/Med Surg experience preferred
• BLS (AHA) - required
• MUST have active DL & auto INS
• Active WA State License required (Compact Allowed)

Job Description:

• Collaborating on terminally ill patients' care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, nursing assistants, and other stakeholders.
• Preparing and adjusting patient care plans as needed.
• Frequently visiting patients to monitor vital signs and physical comfort levels.
• Performing prescribed treatments and administering pain management medications.
• Informing physicians about changes in patients' conditions.
